Men’s League
As is the tradition at Ames Golf, Thursday afternoons during the season are reserved exclusively for male members 18 years of age and older from 11:00 am to close. Men’s League offers a competitive and social atmosphere in which to spend time with old friends and new acquaintances.

Women’s Morning Golf
The Women’s Morning Golf Group is a tradition of Ames Golf & Country Club in which female members enjoy nine holes of golf followed by lunch and socializing. Don’t miss it! Come join the excitement.
Women’s Evening Golf
In addition to the women’s events held on Wednesday mornings, the evenings have become a viable option for those members with busy schedules. This provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy nine holes of golf, starting at 5:30pm, with dinner and socializing following play.
Couples’ Events
Couples Event Registration & Information
Friday Night Couples Golf
Couples night at the Club is scheduled on Fridays throughout the summer. Come join us for an evening filled with fun, conversation, and golfing with friends.
Tuesday Couples Odds and Evens
Members enjoy Golf, with fellow Couples, in the 9-Hole Odds and Evens, alternate shot format. Shotgun start at 5:30pm with Dinner and conversation following play.
Junior Golf
“The AGCC Professional Staff is dedicated to helping juniors develop golf and life skills through a variety of FUN and competitive programs. We seek to provide the ultimate learning and playing environment in an enjoyable and social atmosphere that will create lifelong golfers."
